Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Blueprint, a service operated by Office Commun, 27 rue des Frênes, 49740 La Romagne, France (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Blueprint.
1. The service
Blueprint lets you describe a design tool in plain language and generates it for you with an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic). You can then use, adjust and export what the tool produces. Generated tools run in your browser.
2. Your account
- You must provide a valid email address and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- One free account per person. Creating several accounts to collect free credits is not allowed.
- You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
3. Plans and credits
- Generating is paid for with credits. Each message costs 3 credits in Standard and 10 in Best, whether it creates a tool or changes one. Automatic repairs, checks and the comparison with a reference image are free.
- The Free plan includes 10 credits, granted once, and one tool. Accounts created during the launch also get a one-time bonus of 10 credits.
- Credits are non-refundable and have no cash value, except when a request fails: if the tool is still broken after the automatic repairs, or the request ends with a service error, a refusal from the model or a truncated response, the credits charged for that request are returned to your balance automatically.
- We may refuse a refund in case of abuse (for example, repeatedly triggering failures on purpose).
- Paid plans and credit packs, when available, are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
4. Your content
- You own what you create. Your prompts, the reference images you upload, the tools generated for you and everything you export with them belong to you, as far as the law allows.
- You give us a limited licence to host, process and transmit this content only to run the service (for example, sending your prompt to the AI model and storing your tool versions).
- You must have the rights to the images and material you upload.
- AI output is not guaranteed to be unique: other users may obtain similar tools or results.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Blueprint to:
- break the law, or infringe intellectual property, privacy or image rights;
- create or distribute illegal, hateful, harassing or sexually explicit content involving minors;
- generate malware, phishing pages or code meant to harm users or systems;
- attempt to break out of the sandbox, bypass credit limits, plan limits or security checks;
- scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or resell access to it without our consent;
- violate the usage policies of our AI provider, Anthropic.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep Blueprint available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we make material changes to these terms, we will let you know before they apply.
7. Limitation of liability
Blueprint and the tools it generates are provided “as is”. AI output can be wrong or unsuitable: check it before relying on it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (such as loss of profit, data or opportunity), and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
8. Closing your account
You can stop using Blueprint at any time and ask us to delete your account at hello@blueprint.page. Unused credits are lost when an account is closed.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence. See also our Privacy Policy and Legal notice.
